Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, or if you need a different size we accept returns/ exchanges under the following conditions:

• Condition:
  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original, resalable condition.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • The soles of the shoes must be clean and free of scuffs or dirt.
• Timeframe:
  • Returns must be lodged within 20 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure your return meets these criteria to be eligible for a refund.

A full refund or exchange will be issued if the above conditions are met .

We will issue a store credit if shoes are returned after 20 days (up to 30 days) we will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Sneaks will cover the return postage for 1 return/exchange per order.
